Product and quantity
Send the product name, specification, proposed order quantity, repeat-order forecast and whether you need bulk material or finished retail units.
Export supply and coordination
An export order starts before the shipment is booked. Product specifications, ingredient acceptability, packaging and documentation should reflect the buyer's intended market. Aayuritz supports international enquiries for bulk ingredients and manufactured products, with the product and shipment requirements discussed at the beginning of the project.

Share the destination country, intended use, sales channel and buyer's product requirements. The same ingredient or finished product may be treated differently between markets. Identifying the destination early helps surface questions about specifications, labels and documents before manufacturing or printed packaging commitments are made. A previous export does not establish acceptance for every new product or country.
Buyers, importers and shipment partners may require different documents. Provide the exact list requested for your order so availability and responsibility can be checked. The scope should identify who prepares each document and when it is needed.
Aayuritz holds APEDA, SHEFEXIL and Spices Board export registrations. We also hold organic credentials under India NPOP, USDA NOP and EU Organic. For an organic shipment, specify the required scheme and confirm product coverage and any transaction or shipment documentation with our team before ordering.
A product can meet an agreed manufacturing specification while still requiring additional review in the importing market. Product classification, permitted ingredients, label claims and any registrations should be assessed by the responsible parties. We can discuss the manufacturing and product information available to support that work, without presenting a general export capability as universal regulatory approval.
Confirm bulk or retail packing, pack size, outer-carton requirements and any handling constraints. The commercial quotation should make the delivery basis and included costs clear. Dispatch readiness, transport transit time and import clearance are separate stages. Your launch plan should allow for each stage rather than using a production date as the expected delivery date.
Send the product or ingredient specification, expected quantity, destination and preferred packing. Include any buyer-required tests, certification schemes or document formats. If your importer or adviser has provided a checklist, share it early. It is more useful than a broad request for an export-quality product, which does not define the actual acceptance criteria.
Start with the supply route. Bulk ingredient buyers can specify a material such as Moringa leaf powder with the required specification and bulk packing. Brand owners can discuss private label Ayurvedic and nutraceutical manufacturing with the finished format, unit size and label requirements. New blends may need an agreed formulation development stage first.
Send the product name, specification, proposed order quantity, repeat-order forecast and whether you need bulk material or finished retail units.
Identify the destination country, importer, port or delivery location, intended use, unit or bulk pack size and outer-carton requirements.
Attach your buyer’s test parameters, certificate requirements and document checklist. Identify any required organic scheme and shipment documentation.
State the requested dispatch window and delivery basis. Ask the quotation to distinguish production readiness, freight and destination responsibilities.
Use our product specification and COA guidance to prepare the technical brief, and the MOQ and project timeline page for initial planning. Review certifications and export registrations against your product requirements. The order scope should make the applicable documentation and responsibilities clear before you commit to the shipment.
Useful answers
Share the country, product and intended use for review. Feasibility depends on the specific product, buyer requirements, documentation and applicable destination conditions. It should be confirmed for the order.
No. Import clearance depends on the shipment, documents, product requirements and decisions of the relevant authorities. The buyer and responsible shipment partners should verify the import requirements before dispatch.
Send the requested format and parameters before ordering. The team can review availability, required information and any additional work or external cost. Do not assume every document is standard or automatically included.
Both enquiry types are welcome. Bulk orders need an ingredient specification and packing requirement. Private label orders also need finished-product, artwork and destination-market details.
That depends on the agreed quotation. Confirm the delivery basis, destination, freight, insurance and other included or excluded costs before comparing offers or approving the order.
Share the destination, product, quantity and document checklist for your export enquiry.
