MOQ and lead-time guidance
Plan the first order with clear assumptions.
Use this guidance to frame an initial project discussion. Formula complexity, material availability, packaging and agreed testing can change the minimum batch and production schedule.
An initial planning reference
Use these confirmed planning guidelines when preparing your first enquiry. They are not a quotation or a dispatch commitment. The final MOQ, manufacturing scope and schedule must be confirmed for the specific product.
| Requirement | Minimum order guidance | Production guidance |
|---|---|---|
| Bulk powders | 500 kg per product | 15 days |
| Bulk capsules or tablets | 20 kg per product | 30 days |
| Private label retail packs | 1,000 finished units per SKU | Confirm by formula and pack |
| Gummies | 50,000 pieces | Confirm after development review |
| Effervescent tablets | 50,000 tablets | Confirm after development review |
What can change the quantity?
The practical batch depends on the formula, processing requirements and packaging. Printed materials may have separate supplier minimums. Trial batches and development samples should be agreed separately from a commercial order.
When does the production clock start?
The production timeline should be agreed after the formula, specification, packaging artwork, material readiness and commercial requirements are confirmed. Development trials, sample approvals, special testing and shipment transit can require additional time.
