Tell us how you intend the drink to be prepared, the serving size and whether it will be served hot or cold. Identify any required mixing medium so sample evaluation reflects the intended use.

Set the flavour, sweetness and texture direction. List required ingredients, exclusions and allergen requirements. The complete composition and any proposed label claims need review against the agreed formulation.

Packing and quantity
Describe sachets, pouches or another preferred pack, the net weight and order quantity. Discuss pack suitability, artwork and labelling requirements as part of the project.
