Manufacturing capabilities

A considered path from formulation to finished product.

Build your Ayurvedic or nutraceutical range with connected support for formulation, production and packaging. Aayuritz works with brands and business buyers to define the product before manufacturing begins, so the commercial brief and production requirements move together.

Choose the right manufacturing route

The right starting point depends on how much of your product is already defined. We can discuss an existing product approach for your brand, work from an agreed buyer specification or explore a custom formulation. The scope is set around your ingredients, intended format, target market, pack size and order volume.

01

Private label

Develop a product range under your brand with agreed formulation, packaging and presentation.

02

Contract manufacturing

Plan production against an agreed formula, specification and commercial scope.

03

Custom formulation

Explore a more specific product brief through formulation work, prototyping and scale-up planning.

Formats for different product ideas

Our profile covers powders, capsules, tablets, extracts and oils within the herbal range, alongside gummies, softgels, sprays and premixes within nutraceuticals. The choice depends on the ingredient system, serving format, target customer and packaging requirements. We confirm technical feasibility and supply scope for the selected format before you commit to a production plan.

Capacity to plan with

Our 2026 company profile states annual production capacity of 300 MT of powder and 1 billion capsules and tablets. These figures describe overall capacity. Availability for a specific product depends on its process, batch size, material readiness and the production schedule.

A connected production workflow

The process begins with farmer or vendor qualification, material procurement and quality inspection. Depending on the product, subsequent stages include cleaning, sorting, grinding, pulverising, blending or formulation. In-process monitoring is followed by finished-product testing, batch coding, documentation, packaging and dispatch. The applicable operations and agreed release requirements are defined for the product being manufactured.

Packaging is part of the product

Retail and private label options in our profile include glass, PET and HDPE bottles, blister packs, zipper pouches, sachets and mono cartons, with labelling and batch coding support. Bulk options include lined bags, drums, containers and master cartons. We discuss material compatibility, pack quantity, handling and shipment requirements while the product is being defined.

Plan the first batch with clear assumptions

MOQ and lead-time guidance is available by format, with the final quantity and schedule confirmed in your quotation. Samples, development trials, packaging procurement and buyer-specific tests may have separate timelines. Share an intended launch date early so these stages can be considered together.

Useful answers

Before we begin.

Can you manufacture from our formula?

Share the formula or product specification for a feasibility discussion. Ingredient availability, process needs, testing, packaging and commercial terms must be agreed before production.

Does the same MOQ apply to every format?

No. Practical batch sizes depend on the formula, process and packaging. We will confirm the applicable MOQ and any development quantity separately.

Bring the brief. Define the production plan.

Send your formula, preferred format or product concept with an estimated order quantity.
